Is Amazon.de still on fire? I heard that Wrong Item Method doesn't work anymore on .de.

No, doesn't work anymore. You could try DNA/EB up to 300 eur, but that could also not always succeed .

Because people abused the method and they figured it out. When the carrier scan methods for Amazon.de were patched, refunders found new ways and the wrong item received method came into place, people started writing to Amazon.de that received even a grenade, a box with spiled lighter gas fluid and etc. things.

you get your money direct from Amazon, after a call or live chat. You need two conformation, otherwise its likely that OFM will send you a mail they will cancel the refund
