After waiting for 6 days, they are now asking me to claim a file with UPS.
I've contacted their support every day, and from my experience so far, I'm pretty sure they won't give a single f***, even though UPS confirms the package is lost.

So, I'm planning to open a PP claim. Should I report that I received an empty box? From what I've heard, PayPal tends to side with the seller if the tracking indicates it's been delivered to the correct address.
