Bose Headphone DNA - Gavc68 - 10-24-2023
Hey all, my packaged was delivered by UPS, photo was taken but it was left unattended at the front door.
I believe it's perfect to DNA but I recently opened an investigation through UPS around 1 month ago. (shopped from different merchant)
Do you guys think it's safe to attempt DNA again?

Sony wouldn’t budge on a SERIOUS s/n claim. I think they have systems or third parties in place that make it nearly impossible to SE. good job on going through a different seller though.

After waiting for 6 days, they are now asking me to claim a file with UPS.
I've contacted their support every day, and from my experience so far, I'm pretty sure they won't give a single f***, even though UPS confirms the package is lost.
So, I'm planning to open a PP claim. Should I report that I received an empty box? From what I've heard, PayPal tends to side with the seller if the tracking indicates it's been delivered to the correct address.
