ok another update the second customer service employee was really cool and made me go through all the checks and said tehy will investigate but if they cant contact my courier she asked refund or reshipment , so i hope it works
but my mailman really almost messed up this all , anyway i think im gonna take a break from DNA cuz i don't want him to get in trouble etc

tbh bro the mailman is def gonna come back to ur house and will get mad so idk if this is worth it

when they email me back ill update here,
he works for our local post office so idk if they can even contact him because our post office doesnt even have email contact in our country just one phone number for entire country lol so i hope it doesnt reach him but if it does ill just stop DNA for a while and not pick up parcel if it gets send to post office ever again.. learned my lesson
