ok so its raining so the mailman was lazy to come to door...he called but i didnt hear but he already updated the asos tracking that i was unavailable so i called him asap after 10min he said hes gonna come back. im still waiting for him but when he comes some family member will pick it up. I hope it will still be DNA-able, what do u think?

p.s. here no sign is required and its local post office of my country (asos is sent from Germany) so no photos taken
i was thinking maybe after the weekend to reach out to them and say i wasnt at home at all and ask if he saw i was unavailable why did he decide to leave it at door in the end? or something like that

i contacted them and said i didn't because im not in the city and they told me to calm down and go check post office just in case. first they accused me that I personally went to the post office (obviously no but courier came home to me and gave to a family member)
How can i continue this? i said i will drive to the post office and check the package

ok another update the second customer service employee was really cool and made me go through all the checks and said tehy will investigate but if they cant contact my courier she asked refund or reshipment , so i hope it works
but my mailman really almost messed up this all , anyway i think im gonna take a break from DNA cuz i don't want him to get in trouble etc

when they email me back ill update here,
he works for our local post office so idk if they can even contact him because our post office doesnt even have email contact in our country just one phone number for entire country lol so i hope it doesnt reach him but if it does ill just stop DNA for a while and not pick up parcel if it gets send to post office ever again.. learned my lesson
btw dhl didnt deliver Me it was local post office idk why

update: it was a success, my country has no contact but even if they did there was no proof for it being signed or photo
