UPDATE: Just filed a police report but the station only gave me the case #, and his name and badge number... just waiting on the police report pdf that I requested so hopefully I get something on Monday during business hours.How long does it take to get the actual pdf?

Also I chatted an Amazon rep and they said they cant do anything without the actual PDF BUT he said he guarantees and in his own words that "once I get the pdf and send it to him he can help out with a replacement or refund as much as possible" but I am not getting my hopes up just yet because some I can get some some other amazon rep that will say a completly different thing when I get the PR so wish me luck and hopefully everything goes well.

Anyone who got a refund through a police report,,, How long did you get the refund after providing amazon with the PR?

My friend did it and first they said: we cannot verify this PR. Then later on he send another PDF, then they said, we have to verify this and after a couple days he received his refund

But some people on here claim, it took them a while to get their money back
