I said I disposed of the item so couldn’t send it back to them / they couldn’t come to check it (it had onsite repairs too like you)
They requested picture proof of the damage which I photoshopped and said I did before disposing of it, it went well for me I just hit a snag as couldn’t verify the address the warranty was registered to, so bare this is mind they might ask you for it.
I escalated the claim higher and higher but they would not budge without the address/name/email of who the warranty is registered too , pls bare this in mind before attempting.
What laptop?
It was a dell latitude - I believe the model was 5540(?) can’t entirely remember. Just over 1K brand new, I’m confident I could of had it if the seller I got the serial number in actually replied to my messages
What exactly did you do and say ?
What information did they need from you? That was holding you back, and what did the ask for exactly?
I have a Lenovo legion And i'd like to try this and see how it Goes. You could walk me through here or in PM and If I am successful. I'll let you know and reward you with something if you'd like.
