Hello I have just claimed EB on a Gopro Hero 11 on amazon.es

The thing is that the agents have sent me an email where they demand a PR to be fullfilled,
what do you recommend to me? Is it better just to return the product or what?

it is standard procedure. If you fill the pr then you will have your refund. If you want to send it back just say it was a prank

And what can you do in the case that the account hasnt got your name?

File the report online or over the phone with your Amazon name.

Even if you give your real name and it doesnt match the amazon order this is still fine.

Hi everyone, the police station don’t want to help me, what can I do ?

You need to mention it was stolen from your doorstep.
