Amazon Police Report EB Help - casauus - 08-09-2023
Hello I have just claimed EB on a Gopro Hero 11 on amazon.es
The thing is that the agents have sent me an email where they demand a PR to be fullfilled,
what do you recommend to me? Is it better just to return the product or what?

This is standard procedure. If you're not comfortable visiting your local police station in person, you can file the report online or over the phone.
Make sure you tell the police your item was stolen. Key word, "stolen".

Even if you give your real name and it doesnt match the amazon order this is still fine.

I went to police in order to do a legal report, they really scared me telling me that if it was a false report I will go to jail, son in the middle of the process I figured out how to get out and don't sign it and after then I decided to do FTID, now I'm waiting because I need to wait 30 days...
