after a little bit of digging i think i knew the answer , thanks for help though ! .. but for insight my question was simply related to amazon logistics themselfs without the external courier duo to the small distance between the customer and amazon warehouse .

I'm guessing he would know the weight and product category. I don't believe they would actually open the package though (mabye i'm wrong just an opinion).

reckless return employees don't check the returned item as long as they simply scan the label upon handing it over to them . but if they want to know the item nature they simply can check from their customised amazon app before knocking on your door .
