For Lululemon DNA, if your order is >20 items, they are most likely going to ship everything in multiple packages. From there, can't really say DNA for all the packages, you'd have to rely on doing partial DNA.

On my end, my order of 18 items was split in 2 separate packages (1 package with 1 single item & the other package with everything else). If you want to avoid your order being shipped in more than one package, I would say the limit should be ~15 items.

so you sucessfully DNA'd 17 items? what was the total?

Got the refund confirmation yesterday for a $1.9k refund. Super easy process.

And one more thing, did you used a fresh account for that specific order?
