Oh, all time before i was thinking that POD it's just photo\video proof in case the device was destroyed during delivery... They actually ask for destroying device and record proof of it's actually destroyed by user if user reports it's not working. It got clear now. So what to do with POD in this case?

You will have to pay someone to Photoshop it or have a fo yourself. Wired keyboards are the easiest as you only need to Photoshop a cut cable and that's it. With mice and other items they request you to take the serial number sticker off and cut it up which can get complicated if you aren't good at Photoshop.

Woah, that's tough. But where to get even those source files if don't have that device which is SEing?

What if say to them that mouse begun to heat and stink and then started burning and i threw it away? It has battery inside, worth to try? So therefore there would be no need to make POD cuz it was thrown to trash in concerns of safety.
