Im still awaiting their reply however ive decided to try a new method . So recently i have bought fragrances locally and have decided to return it without an issue, my plan is to purchase the fragrance, open it carefully by slowly removing the plastic packaging and extracting the fragrance, id then replace 75% -100% of the rest of the bottle with water to retain some of the scent. Id then carefully repack the fragrance and add a little bit of clear glue to make it seem like it hadnt been tampered with and return it. Whatre your thoughts on this? The only issue i have is accidentally messing up the unwrapping and not being able to SE any fragrances with different colours.

You could do that although I think the smashed bottle tactic would be easier and less stressful.

You tried any new stores recently in uk?

Just done the fragrance shop and they are the first shop that has made me send the smashed bottle back so be aware of this if you use Photoshop for your smashed bottle. Also did fragrance direct pretty recently and they were easy and didn't request the smashed bottle back

Thanks m8 any others apart from fragrance direct, liberty and j.l?

Have you tried fenwick?

Ye I've done Fenwick. They requested photos and then refunded me. I think they have WhatsApp customer service which makes it easy.
