I recently ordered a $200 keyboard from Keychron, and the package was delivered with DHL. I am trying DNA because there was no signature or other proof of purchase. They sent me an image taken by the delivery man, so I just told them that I looked around my house and spoke to my family, and can’t find the package, and since the package wasn’t handed to me, they had no way of making sure I received it. Now the delivery driver messaged me to confirm if I received the package. I just want to make sure what the best course of action is from here. Am i required to tell him no? I’ve never had a package delivered with DHL before, and never had a driver message me after the fact either.
