Keychron SE Help - ilikefudge - 06-16-2023
I recently ordered a $200 keyboard from Keychron, and the package was delivered with DHL. I am trying DNA because there was no signature or other proof of purchase. They sent me an image taken by the delivery man, so I just told them that I looked around my house and spoke to my family, and can’t find the package, and since the package wasn’t handed to me, they had no way of making sure I received it. Now the delivery driver messaged me to confirm if I received the package. I just want to make sure what the best course of action is from here. Am i required to tell him no? I’ve never had a package delivered with DHL before, and never had a driver message me after the fact either.

Was the dna a success? also which keyboard was it?

I tried to SE Keychron earlier this year. There were quite uptight about replacements, they would not accept my receipt from Amazon.

What method did you use? also you implied you got a replacement in the end right? I think Keychron support only deal with purchases made from their site.

Used S/N method. Yep they would only consider me if it was purchased from their site

Received order, claimed DNA. Shipping company was DHL. Keychron started investigation with DHL, I claimed image was not my front door. Shipper confirmed package lost, and Keychron is shipping me a new keyboard. I’ll be returning it for a refund as I think it might be too risky to attempt a double dip.
I’ll update again when refund has been issued.
