Well, the bank rejected my chargeback based on zalando's position on the matter. They didn't send me back the specific answer that zalando gave them, but they probably just wrote that they didn't receive the returned item. The bank also wrote that I can appeal to the banking arbitrator or consumer ombudsman but I don't want to fuck with it anymore because I probably won't win with them anyway. FTID on zalando is no longer an option, maybe LIT would be better.
