Zalando eu FTID patched? - jefff - 03-31-2023

Hi, recently I tried to hit zalando with the ftid method, which in December brought me a lot of success with them with no issues. Yesterday it's been 14 days since I mailed the envelope and I chatted to them, the representative couldn't process the return himself (even though they used to be able to in the past) and asked me to send a legal statement. I sent them back a signed statement and today they sent a message that the package was delivered but the warehouse did not receive the product marked as returned. They didn't write any details that the package was empty or anything so I'm sure the method worked. I asked them to send me photos of what the package they received looked like and photos of the shipping label but they keep sending me the same message that they apologize for the late return but in this case they will not grant it to me. Has anyone had a similar situation with Zalando recently? Is there any way to fix this and get them to issue a refund?

I done FTID a year back and it worked but FTID is a flawed methods and it used to work a few years back more easily as it was a new method but its been used so much that its useless and never a high % of working. Just keep asking for a reply on their investigation and escalate it to see what happens.

Even a few months ago, FTID worked very well on Amazon or Zalando, but now from what I can see customer service employees can no longer grant larger refunds themselves and their internal departments verify everything thoroughly. Anyway, they never want to show any proof of what package they received so I think they are just lying because they know about this method. Thanks for the reply, I'm still
asking them for in-depth investigation but they keep sending the same message and saying that they can't issue a refund.

ask for escalation and proof of investigation. also what have they said. are they still investigating or have they investigated and not refunding

They wrote me this: "Our internal department has reviewed your case very thoroughly and the decision remains the same. I am very sorry." They claim they didn't receive the returned product but they won't send any photo evidence or anything so I'm pretty sure they're lying. They didn't say what was in the package or that it was empty.

This Is a prime example of why that piece of garbage should not be used.

Opt for traditional methods - all of which have a proven track record of success.

You're right. This was probably the last time I used this method.

Zalando reps keep writing the same shit that they can't change their mind or attach photos of what the package they received looked like. I've tried calling several times but I keep getting the same thing and when I ask for a
in-depth investigation they say their department has already reviewed it and they don't have the option. This is probably the worst customer service staff I've ever met.

By the way I paid with a debit card, do you think I should try to do a chargeback?

RE: Zalando eu FTID patched? - Bossmanxm - 04-01-2023

Don't charge back because they will just rebill you or escalate it and it will get worse for you. Ask to see proof of the investigation. and if they keep giving same response then you either have to take the L or somehow keep pursuing because if you legit return now it will be dodgy AF

Next time do LIT, that works better as far as I know.

Which LIT version do you mean? The one with the disappearing ink?
