2/3 days and it should be done. The last time they asked me for pictures plus a picture of ID for some reason. I sent them a pic of my driving licence and it went through absolutely fine

When was this? Got my order arriving from EVRI today but I’ve seen people on the UPS post saying they’ve been having trouble getting refund. Worth think it’s still worth trying to claim EB?

2 months ago at most. I’d be surprised if it didn’t work.

just called them and said the box was empty, and that they will send an email with what they need from me to open an investigation with EVRI. hoping that means what other people said, me sending in my ID and saying they will "collect the box".
