Hi i’ve just attempted a DNA for Urban Outfitters. Value around £160. They delivered it via evri and now keep sending me this email whenever i protest the “outcome” of their investigation. Any help would be welcomed

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement on order (number) due to the proof of delivery provided via EVRi.
