Urban Outfitters Fail - Matty89808 - 05-05-2023
Hi i’ve just attempted a DNA for Urban Outfitters. Value around £160. They delivered it via evri and now keep sending me this email whenever i protest the “outcome” of their investigation. Any help would be welcomed
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement on order (number) due to the proof of delivery provided via EVRi. The delivery provides that this was delivered to the correct location and to a recipient at the address on the 02.05.2023. Please see attached the proof of delivery as well as the tracking link below.

photo of a family member taking the package. although this hasnt been relevant for most of my DNAs before. No face just photo of open door and shoes. No signature

Not really , it’s such a closeup photo that you can barely see the door that’s open and you can’t see the tracking number of the parcel or any details either. They’re just being so stubborn i don’t know how to move forward with the SE
quick edit: it’s actually just the open door, no person visible at all.

The GPS coordinates obviously cannot conclude that the driver dropped off the package.
