My concern was if they opened the investigation I would need to keep that in mind if evri is used again for another SE.

The DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not, regardless of who the carrier Is.

Keep that In mind with all SEs Involving the DNA.

Plus if the driver has been notified he'll be less likely to do the outcome I want next time

You shouldn't be DNA'ing If the same driver Is servicing your deliveries.
