I have received an update from our team regarding the investigation.  Instead of the console the package contained bottles of water.  According to UPS, this is a fraudulent shipment.  We will dispose of the wrong item.  We have checked with the Frankfurt hub security team and they confirmed that it was a fraudulent return shipment.

I was thinking of keeping my position and say that i sealed well the box and just left it at ups, and ask what can we do now?

Still hope? Thoughts?

Why did you return bottles of water?

I've previously stated here that It should not be done.

I have done that 3 weeks ago. The sense would be that someone stole the item e put something else inside (for the weight). Bottles are the more common thing around. At this point i would insist that i just left the consolle at ups and i can’t accept to loose it like that, and tell that i hope the can help me so solve this.

And if nothing changes insist that the consolle was under their responsibility and if they don’t solve i will report this to the consumer association.
