They sent a close up picture of the box, which was definetely not mine and looked padded inside, which mine was not. Rep said all they recieved was a empty box and paper. I never sent paper. Called UPS, they said there were no notes attached saying box was modified in transit. Talked to UPS support, not claims though, so not sure if claims can see more than basic reps can
I replied saying that isnt what I sent

Is there anything I should be worried about? I mean after all, why is the inside of my box padded? What paper are they talking about?

Request them to send you a picture of the box with the label in view. I'm assuming your label will have some of your details or case number on it so you can confirm if it is your box or someone else's box.
