Hi all, After reading a post the other day regarding Garmin. Decided to try and SE the Venus 2 watch.

Found Serial from eBay that wasn’t registered, registered it with my one time use email. Online chat was successful return accepted, Dispatched well packaged empty box without order number or return address (difficult to work out where it has come from). It was delivered the next day!

Two days later! Boom brand new watch landed on my doormat.

I’ve had easier SE but thought i would share!

I know this was a few years back but I'm interested in how you went about returning a device they needed before dispatching a new one, can you explain a bit more in detail.
