So I got on a call with walmart and they said that fedex provided enough information and that the package was delivered. I told them there was no signature or physical evidence proving it was delivered and the rep didnt care. She said were updating this claim and it is resolved the final solution is you will need to file a PR if you feel your package was stolen and closed the case. So now I think its not possible anymore.
