this is the first time that they asked me to file a police report.
What can i do now?

Is my only solution to send the items back? If yes how do i do this, i emailed them that i haven't received the items.

Assuming they don't check CCTV, tell them that your brother collected the goods In your absence and told you about It after the claim was filed.

I just have one issue. They wrote this in the email and I quote “The Police Report must be filed before 45 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE”

My items got delivered the 27.01 and 30.01 which means if I do the PR tomorrow it will be at the 50’th day… is this a big issue, are they very strict with the within 45 days?

I first picked my items up the 08.02, so I can maybe say I thought the 45 days was after I picked it up. Because this would be within the 45 days?

Never ever ever ever EVER claim DNA from a drop off point!! What on earth are you doing?? They can see that you accessed your items from there + no way it could have been stolen or simply undelivered
