So I went onto a call and I told them to escalate it but all she did was bring me to her manager and they kept asking for a PR. Theyre persistent with this PR so im not sure I think I took the L idk what else to do in this situation.

Amazon will remain adamant with a PR but as said, It's well within your rights to have your claim escalated.

They cannot refuse It.
It's that simple.

I returned it im going to try to SE them later im going to make sure legit purchases in the mean time. In the mean time Im going to SE apple or another company I learned my lesson on this one
