Amazon help - Dazen4xx - 02-25-2023
Ive just ordered a gpu from amazon total was around $400. I did prime shipping so it comes tommorrow. They asked for a signature or OTP what should I do?. This account is 6 years old many purchases monthly last refund was 5 months ago i did a EB no issue instant refund. Should I do another EB with this one or DNA? sold and shipped by amazon.

As said, It depends whether an OTP Is required on delivery.
If not, DNA It. If so, use the wrong Item received method.

Also I have a friend working inside amazon who claims theyre able to help with my order and theyll be able to do a replacement for me and a refund? should I allow him to handle my order or go to amazon chat support?
