Since you are now attempting to return the item that you claim was missing, we consider this to be fraudulent behavior

What exactly did you state as the reason for the return?

I first apologized to them for the inconvenience caused. I said that a member of my family had picked up the package for me and had not informed me. Since I was not at home the whole time, I was not aware of the situation and so I claimed. However, I learned that it was a family member and I cancelled the request with UPS and I apologize again for this clumsiness on my part. I then said that in the meantime I had bought another pair of sneakers and that I was no longer interested in these and moreover the size did not suit me.
