Okay I got the email back theyre asking me to contact and ask for a PR. it says "information collected at the point of delivery" and "The package weight and reported condition upon delivery" in the email. What should I do next I dont wanna get a PR @mothered

Okay I got the email back theyre asking me to contact and ask for a PR. it says "information collected at the point of delivery" and "The package weight and reported condition upon delivery" in the email. What should I do next I dont wanna get a PR should I go back on chat and ask them "at the exact time It was delivered to your address". "And there wasnt photos containing every angle of the package"  "And then say that there wasnt any pictures and that the item was stolen so can you issue the refund" @mothered
