Okay I got the email back theyre asking me to contact and ask for a PR. it says "information collected at the point of delivery"

A very poor reply.

What Information? Tell them to be specific.

and "The package weight and reported condition upon delivery" in the email.

Tell them to provide photographic evidence of the package condition at the exact time Is was delivered to your address.

What should I do next I dont wanna get a PR
