Hi lads,

Today i received a new package from Zalando. I’ve 2 successful refunds on it with the dna method. Seems allright but i have my feelings about it. I heard from people nearby me that Zalando refuses sometimes to refund. So im doubting what method i should use. Dna or partial. I’ve ordered 2 pair trainers and 2 t-shirts. I’ll hit livechat/mail tomorrow morning.
