Zalando NL SE/Refunding - Typer - 02-23-2023

Hi lads,

Today i received a new package from Zalando. I’ve 2 successful refunds on it with the dna method. Seems allright but i have my feelings about it. I heard from people nearby me that Zalando refuses sometimes to refund. So im doubting what method i should use. Dna or partial. I’ve ordered 2 pair trainers and 2 t-shirts. I’ll hit livechat/mail tomorrow morning.

Just headed to livechat but it was different then before. The livechat has been changed. You just talking to a bot now. They will reach out to me in 1-2 days by mail. Asked me to start an investigation at the carrier just clicked yes. Should be no problem. Will inform later on.

Seems like It's certainly changed since my last experience with them.

Just to confirm the method, you're DNA'ing It, correct?

Yes im DNA’ing it yeah. Yes live support have been changed. Last time i dna something at Zalando was November. Live chat was with reps. I have received a form “legal declaration” just the usually from Zalando. Just have to wait now.

It wasn't like that In December, so they must've recently changed their chat sessions.

We'll await the outcome of their Investigation.

Update: DNA Succeeded.

Just received a mail from support.

Unfortunately, the delivery service has informed us that your order (order number) has been lost during the delivery process. We apologize for this! It is unfortunately not possible to resend the order. That is why I have credited the purchase amount to the payment method you used for this order. It may take up to five business days for this to be visible. If you have ordered on account, the amount has been deducted from the outstanding invoice.

3rd DNA in a row successfully. Order was around €350.
