So today they asked me for a ID picture and later told me my refund is denied -

"Our fulfillment center has confirmed that the item you ordered has been scanned and placed in your package.

This is an unusual situation and if it happens occasionally, our specialized team treats each order individually.

After a detailed examination of the case, we unfortunately have to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund."
