EB It, not PEB.

Zalando has CCTV cameras In place, but the footage Is rendered Inconclusive when EB'ing AirPods.

So i did it and now i have to fill a legally binding declaration, should i do it?

Its not actually legally binding, i saw the same document in other thread and you said itss ok to sign it.


So today they asked me for a ID picture and later told me my refund is denied -

"Our fulfillment center has confirmed that the item you ordered has been scanned and placed in your package.

This is an unusual situation and if it happens occasionally, our specialized team treats each order individually.

After a detailed examination of the case, we unfortunately have to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund."


what do i next

Just to confirm your approach, did you tell them that upon opening the box the AirPods were missing?

Further to their reply below, tell them to provide photographic evidence of the Item enclosed In the box at the time It was placed In the package.
