So i checked on Thomann and there is no mention that they are responsible in case of lost. But i think this website is big enough to deal with this kind of situation.
BUT. Let's say DHL or another carrier come deliver (i live in a big residence), they will call me on my cellphone, then i'll have to go in the entrance of the residence to pick up my package. They will say that since they called me, they have a proof i received it right ?
