Now i was thinking since they are headlights I can claim them as shattered on delivery box beat up and can't be shipped back because broken sharp items can't be shipped.

They may choose a carrier that can transport such Items.

Or claim DNA and probably forced to do a police report or file to the delivery place , DNA has always become a hassle for me in any situations .

Why might that be?
