Which option to use : CAR PART - billybobby - 02-21-2023
I have ordered a pair of headlights from a well known car part website for my specific car. The item total cost was $2000. I also paid $70 for GUIDE shipping protection insurance which is an insurance for shopify users which claims :"Guide provides protection for shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen.". Now i was thinking since they are headlights I can claim them as shattered on delivery box beat up and can't be shipped back because broken sharp items can't be shipped. Or claim DNA and probably forced to do a police report or file to the delivery place , DNA has always become a hassle for me in any situations . What do you guys think!

Just because I feel like DNA leaves a hefty trail ? But this is an address that has never been DNA at in a pretty crime known address so i'm not dismissing the idea. Do you think DNA is the way to go in such situation?

Crimes may have been committed but not reported.
