They've given you an advanced refund, which can be reversed If their Investigation Identifies Inconsistencies with your claim.

Another rep did say that the ticket has been closed when i confirmed to them that i have received the refund and how amazed i was with how professionally they handled this case and then i received the survey email And that is it and its been over a week.
