To bypass the OTP I've edited a chat I had before with an amazon customer service agent to say that the OTP couldn't be generated and a signature would be accepted under exceptional circumstances, as well as editing the notice in the tracking that says "Your one-time password could not be generated. Please contact a member of Amazon customer service."

If he tries to reject the delivery I'll give him the OTP I got anyway and try another method.

Let us know how the delivery Is accepted.

What would you suggest I do as a plan B when I have the item?
