2- yesterday after the incident , a state of paranoia took place thus a missy post was made , couldn't handle the idea and kept wondering how did they got my landline number ?
HENCE : angry resturant manager was on the other side of the call , order was made from an application that serves the famous resturants in area same way where amazon serves retailers in order of them to sell online
3- after some digging i figured this out ... duo to the fact of constant abuse of this restaurant on the last couple weeks using the food application they were able to locate the landline number by just searching the address with highst order rate in my street so since the street address was correct they were easly able to locate my particular home .
4- contacted the food application and reported the incident , i was being told since i use them as a "middleman" there is nothing i should worry about and since all the claims was approved and my account is still active with a full access to every available resturant in the area i should be fine .
5-thank you father @mothered for guiding us all , i hope you accept my sincere apology since i wasn't aware about the "TL;DR" thing .

Use mothered's 2:1 rule, at least 2 legit orders for every 1 SE at a minimum.well i didn't take that much of a care knowing it's just ... FOOD !
