Lol a friend used to do this with supplements & protein powder at Whole Foods. They have a really good return policy so you can just dump the pills out, put whatever pills you want in, and return them.

Friend had a ton of protein powder that didn't work for them, so they would swap them for a kind Whole Foods had and return.

Thats a good point as if the product is opened they cant put it back on the shelf anyway can they ?

I think her age makes her feel immune. She also will get 2 of the same item and pick them up together and scan only 1.
She's too scared to do online refunding though because she gets nervous and her social skills aren't that great.
