I contacted support and the lady was basically warning me saying ''we will ask the driver to return to your address to conduct a further investigation.''

So what? Ignore him/her.

The driver has no right to set foot on your private property Interrogating you about the events of the delivery. You've claimed through the company, and that's where It remains.

My question is why was the lady making weird comments

It was that time of the month for her.

Sent the form back now she’s saying “can you provide proof for the cost of the order number you gave” never heard this one before haha
