I DNA'd a jacket for a gift. The carrier was Yodel and they've taken a photo of the package on my doorstep and left it. I contacted support and the lady was basically warning me saying ''we will ask the driver to return to your address to conduct a further investigation.'' and ''Are you sure you didn't take it and forget about it?'' but then later replied with a Yodel Disclaimer form that looks like this https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2021020...030b8b.jpg

My question is why was the lady making weird comments, was this just a scare tactic?

Is this form safe to sign after the comments she told me
