That's simply based on the rep's discretion.

Obviously there were Inconsistencies with the claim.

They have concluded they wont be rfnding and got 1 email saying work with carrier/law enfrcment and second email saying wont be rfnding and only mentions work with law enfrcment is this what happened with u @mcpvperz ?

I know u started an invstgtion with the carrier early in the process did that help?

Wondering so now do i reach out to the carrier to start an invstgation or just go back to pushing BB spprt? Im thinking BB but not sure how to proceed ? What do u think @mothered ?
