Based on what have you described during submitting this ticket, you are having an issue with the battery swelling until the chemical from the battery leaked, am I right?

If I understand the issue above correctly, there are a few additional information that we would like to gather from our end, and it will help us a lot to find the possible root cause of the issue. Could you please help me to answer the following probing questions?

1. When did the issue happen? You may provide us with a date and time.
2. Did you dispose only the battery or the entire laptop?
3. If the laptop still in your possession, can it still be powered on, using the power adapter?
4. When the issue happened, does the laptop connected to the power adapter (charging)?
5. If the answer to the question (4) is yes, did the power adapter connect directly to the power outlet or power extension socket?
6. If the answer to the question (5) is connected to the power extension socket, what are the other electrical compliance devices that were connected at the same time?
7. What are the devices that were connected to the laptop during the incident? Such as mouse, keyboard, external monitor, power adapter, etc.
8. Did the incident cause injury or damage to yourself or personal belongings? If yes, may I have the image showing the damage and injury.
9. Where was the location of the incident? For example, your home, school, work place, etc.
10. If the laptop is still in your possession, could you please provide us with the image showing the laptop’s condition from different angles?
