I have just begun the SE of a razer blade 15 using the SN method - Geoff - 01-17-2023 Yes you heard it, using my manupilative skills i managed to get the guy to give me the reciept and serial number. Using those details i filed for a support ticket and wrote this: Hello I am writing to you regarding a laptop that I purchased from a reseller on Facebook. In the beginning the laptop was working perfectly fine with no issues what so ever, but out of nowhere I started smelling a nasty smell that was coming out of the laptop. I turned the laptop around only to find that the battery was leaking and a lot of it was has gotten on my table, so I immediately shut it off and disposed the faulty product because as you know battery acid is really dangerous and it was posing a hazardous risk to my living environment. When I contacted the reseller he gave the serial number of the laptop and told me to contact you for further assistance. I really hope you guys can help me. I also provided them with the reciept What do you guys think my chance of succeeding? @mothered what do you think brother? Hitting this SE would be legendary, does anyone have experience with it working out? RE: I have just begun the SE of a razer blade 15 using the SN method - CreepyUncleLester12 - 01-17-2023 My only concern would be is if you have the laptop in hand already ( which you don’t ) why did you need to message the “ seller “ for the SN? Which would be displayed on the box, laptop and settings RE: I have just begun the SE of a razer blade 15 using the SN method - Geoff - 01-17-2023 (01-17-2023, 10:46 PM)Ccg1998 Wrote: My only concern would be is if you have the laptop in hand already ( which you don’t ) why did you need to message the “ seller “ for the SN? Also I didn't write that I asked the seller for the SN but wrote that when I messaged the reseller he gave me the SN and told me to contact them. In my eyes it feels like I have gotten in their pockets and passed the suspicion phase. Also i have eczema on my arms and hands which sometimes look like burn marks, I took pictures of it and claimed that I was injured by the leakage. So if they really press for pictures of the damaged laptop I will just use the corrupted method. What do you think(01-18-2023, 09:12 AM)Geoff Wrote: HelloDid you complete the form?
