[mothered]

At the moment I've went through support and claimed it DNA. It was automated and I had to answer whether I had checked with neighbours, looked in the garage and front porch etc which I said I had. The response said I've to wait until Tuesday end of day and then contact again if it doesn't turn up to sort out a refund or replacement. So for now I'm just biding my time and will reach out again on the 17th. I'll update on the progress on Tuesday.

Your claim Is certainly heading In the right direction towards a refund/replacement.

We shall await their reply.

Thanks again for your suggestions and help so far, much appreciated!

You're welcome.
