I tryed  asos DNA few weeks ago, and everything was okey, they gave me refund in live chat, but they didnt send me email about refund.
Then 1-3 days later they banned me,
Do you know why, and maybe someone can give me some tips?

Did you SE them earlier with another account that has personal info that could be linked to the banned account?
Otherwise they suspected you of claming a false claim.
Or maybe their policy has just become a lot stricter
