Fresh account.
Just said the package never showed up.
Fist time ever wearing something that costs more than $40. Feels nice.

The cost of manpower and an Investigation, would've outweighed the cost of the Item, hence the Instant refund.

For Macy's the first time is almost guaranteed an instant refund if not 2-3 days of investigation. You could have hit them for more, get a nice coat. 😁

Hello, i hope you will answering me.
I tryed asos DNA few weeks ago, and everything was okey, they gave me refund in live chat, but they didnt send me email about refund.
Then 1-3 days later they banned me,
Do you know why, and maybe someone can give me some tips?

Did you SE them earlier with another account that has personal info that could be linked to the banned account?
Otherwise they suspected you of claming a false claim.
Or maybe their policy has just become a lot stricter

They didnt say that, they just banned me and, told only that if i received items, i can onlu return them

I made new account, with new pvn, everuthing was new, maybe there is ammount , which they refund°?

They could've banned you for all the wrong reasons.

Tell them to specify the grounds on which your account was banned.
